1. Uses, characteristics, scope of application

1.1 main application
It is suitable for correcting the deviation of the belt conveyor for coal mine, and also suitable for correcting the deviation of the belt conveyor for the bulk material conveying workplace such as coal washing in leaky days, which is the device component to support the conveyor belt and the bearing material on it, and to ensure the stable operation of the conveyor belt.
1.2 specificities
This deviation correction device has simple structure, high sensitivity, long service life, no damage to the belt, reduced operating costs, versatility, easy installation, and maintenance-free. It provides a good control means for belt deflection correction. It can save a lot of manpower, material and financial resources for the operation on site and lay a good foundation for safe production and economic operation.
The design adopts common external dimensions. Simple installation and maintenance, no need to change the original belt conveyor bracket and other parts, adjustable installation height and width.

1.3 Scope of Application:
This automatic guiding device is applied to belt conveyor in all fields (such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal mine, foodstuff, etc.) without any limitation of environment.
The belt conveyor has a belt speed of 1.5m/s to 5m/s, a capacity of 100T/h to 3,500T/h, a maximum working load of 2,000N, and a conveyor inclination angle of ≤18°.
The deflection correcting device is used to carry bulk materials on the upper branch, and the groove shape of deflection correcting roller group mainly includes 25°, 30°, 35°, 45°, 30°, 35° and 45°,

3.1 Belt guiding device
The deskewing device relies on the friction between the conveyor belt and the surface of the deskewing oil pump to rotate, and relies on the oscillating shaft in the middle of the frame body to swing and correct the deskewing.
The technical solution adopted is: it has a deskewing frame body, a swinging shaft is provided in the middle of the deskewing frame body, and a shaft seat is provided at the lower end, when the belt is running normally, the belt does not contact with the vertical rollers of the deskewing frame body. When the belt deviates from the center line, the vertical rollers on the side of the deskewing frame will block the belt, and the friction between the two ends of the device loses balance, making the frame swing around the oscillating axis, and with the change of the roller friction direction, the belt will return to the center of the path, and after the belt is corrected, the rollers and the belt return to the respective normal running position.

3.2 Service life
The enhanced service life of the deflection-guiding device shall be converted into the actual service life of the deflection-guiding device, which shall not be less than 20,000 hours. When used on site, the damage rate of the deflection correction device shall comply with the provisions of GB/T10595.
4, Structure
The rollers of the deflection adjusting device adopt self-made shaft seat and deflection adjusting frame body and base. The slot deflection adjusting device is mainly used for upward deflection adjusting, and it is composed of vertical rollers, rollers, deflection adjusting frame body and base.

1. Installation

This device is a kind of belt conveyor belt deflection correction device for TD75, DTII and other types of belt conveyors. This device can be used for automatic deflection adjustment of different types of belt conveyor belts. It can replace the original rollers or be installed separately. A set of corresponding specification deflection correction device is placed every 20-30 meters on the belt conveyor to directly correct the belt deflection.
Before installation, carefully find out the position of belt deflection, and install the deflection adjusting device three times of the belt width before the deflection point (in the opposite direction of belt running). Correctly installed "Our" deflection control device can control the belt deflection of 20-50 meters. The installation of the deviation control device should be accurately installed in place according to the overall requirements of the belt conveyor. After installation, the rollers of the deviation control device should keep rotating flexibly. The upper surface of the rollers of the deviation control device should be located on the same horizontal plane during installation. When installing the upper guiding device, the side with the vertical roller should be facing the direction of belt running. Ensure that there is sufficient tension between the guiding device and the belt. In order to ensure a good tension, the height of the deflector rollers should be slightly higher than that of the normal rollers in front and behind, and the belt should be in full contact with the flat surface of the rollers, so as to maximize the deflecting effect. If the tension is not enough, the rollers cannot adjust the belt to the center position of the rollers. Insufficient tension also increases the wear on the rubber of the rollers. Only by increasing the tension can the belt be brought back to the center of the rollers. After finding the deflection position, install the "Our Company" deflection adjustment device at a position 3 times the bandwidth of the running direction in front of the deflection point, and remove the existing roller bracket and replace it with the "Our Company" roller bracket. Ensure that the line between the left and right supports is perpendicular to the centerline of the belt.
