4.Use
Alarm and emergency stop switch signal when the conveyor tape runs out of alignment.
5.Working Principle
The anti-bias switch is installed on the conveyor frame, when the belt runs out of alignment, squeeze the rotating arm to deflect and make it leave the set reset position [vertical position or adjust the set reset position according to n×22.5°(1≤n≤8)](see Fig. 2); when the rotating arm is deflected by 10° relative to the reset position, the switch outputs a light deflection signal which can be used for alarm; when the rotating arm is deflected by 20° relative to the reset position, the switch outputs a heavy deflection signal which can be used for stopping the conveyor. When the rotating arm is deflected by 20° from the reset position, the switch outputs a heavy runaway signal, which can be used for stopping the machine.
