XR311A integrated vibration transmitter with built-in sensor senses vibration speed and converts mechanical vibration into 4-20mA current output with corresponding range by high precision integrated circuit, this output can be directly linked with PLC/DCS or other equipment receiving 4-20mA signal, such as our XR6000 monitoring system or XR6080 display alarm instrument. It is used to monitor the absolute vibration of rotating machinery, such as casing vibration, shaft vibration, frame vibration, etc.
Unit type: various rotating machinery. Such as fans, compressors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, water turbines, etc. Probe installation requirements: only need to make a φ35mm platform on the housing, open M10 × 1.5 screw holes, the probe fixed in the screw holes, without any operation on the inside of the machine.

Wiring diagram
Caution. Transmitter to DCS or recorder connection cable, the recommended use of shielded cable, shield connection as shown in the wiring diagram, not connected at the transmitter end, connected to the DCS protective ground (earth) at the DCS end. Large interference signal cable, power supply, control cable and connection cable should be avoided and walk the line.
Installation use and maintenance
Determine a mounting location on the machine housing (case), requiring the surface to be as flat as possible, open a threaded hole to the actual installation size, rotate the transmitter clockwise into the corresponding threaded hole until the threads are fully screwed and the bottom of the transmitter fits closely to the machine housing. If the machine does not have a suitable mounting surface, the machine shell (box) can be welded or bolted to a mounting base
with a certain strength, the transmitter will be installed on this base, it is recommended that the transmitter X (horizontal), Y (vertical) direction to install.
For the selection of the transmitter mounting location, you should try to require that the location is large enough for rotor vibration to be transmitted truthfully to the bearing housing or enclosure. In addition, more attention should be paid to the physical mounting of the transmitter. Improper mounting can cause a reduction in the amplitude and phase response of the transmitter and can result in the generation of signals that are not representative of true machine vibration. It is strictly forbidden to electrically disassemble and wire the transmitter system; the wiring terminals must be pressed firmly and not loosened; check that the cables and terminals are in good contact without short circuit after wiring is completed before power is applied. Confirm that the working power of the transmitter should be +24VDC.
Transmitter should not touch damage, keep clean; should be based on the site environment on the cable connection to do environmental protection treatment.
When the transmitter is in use and the measured value drifts or is unstable, handle the following: check whether the connections are tight; whether the wiring connections are normal; check whether the sensor installation is loose; check whether the wiring from the sensor to the transmitter is loose and whether the shield is reliably grounded (signal ground) at the transmitter end; check whether the wiring from the transmitter to the DCS or the recorder is loose and whether the shield is reliably grounded (signal ground) at the DCS end is reliably grounded (protective ground) check whether there is a heat source around the sensor, such as air seal leakage, so that the sensor is outside the operating temperature range, resulting in unstable output.
