Operation Monitor 60-200 ----- Accurately Measures Under, Over and Zero Speed of Rotating Shafts and Machinery The 60-22H RPM monitor is mainly used to monitor the rotational speed of rotating equipment, and is capable of monitoring not only the under-speed, but also the over-speed and zero-speed of the equipment. The 60-22H consists of four parts: controller, sensor, target disk, and mounting bracket. The controller is a microprocessor-based intelligent monitor, which is used to receive signals from the sensors and process them to output a switching signal, the signal type of which is either two DPDT output contacts or a 4-20mA analog signal. The sensor is usually a standard NPN or other type of proximity sensor that emits a series of pulses representing the speed.
