Torn belt protection
In the belt because of torn, punctured, kinky damage or sharp objects protruding belt, tear switch provides monitor with interlocking signal or turn off the conveyor, in order to prevent causing a greater loss.
Tear switch should be installed in pairs on either side of belt, linked by two pieces of wire rope (cable have PE coat protection layer), one end of the rope permanently fixed on the support bracket, torn at the other end connected to the switch of the spring on the ball.Two pieces of wire rope in the belt form a consistent and belt groove under the closed loop.When there is a puncture or torn belt suspended object, sweeps the one or two wire rope, spring ball by pull out the base, causes two micro switch signal alarm or turn off the conveyor.
